三越仙台店で行なわれた『北海道味覚の祭典』に出店した『けやき』で「チャーシューラーメン」（1200円）を。
普段は（お金の面で）トッピング追加などはほとんどしないですが、メニュー表の写真のチャーシューがとても美味しそうに見えたので大奮発です！（通常味噌は900円）

スープはラードが結構多めですが、しつこさはなく、スープの濃度や塩分の具合もちょうどよく、とても飲みやすい味噌スープです。
麺はまさに札幌という感じの黄色の中太ちぢれ麺。歯ごたえもよく、スープとの相性も最高です。
具はメンマ・豚挽肉・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・キクラゲ・白髪ネギ。豚挽肉は脂分が多いところを粗めにミンチした物を使用しています。
大奮発して追加したチャーシューは、厚さ2cm超の極厚肩ロースが2枚。とても軟らかくジューシーに仕上がっています。
結論としては、珍しい味ではないですが、とてもバランスがよく、スープ・麺・具すべてで高レベルの味噌ラーメンという印象。
三越の物産展に入るお店は、イマイチなことが多かったですが、『けやき』は完全にアタリです。
近くにあれば間違いなく何度も通うであろう味。ぜひ仙台にも出店してほしいです。
