「サービスエリアでのホット・アクションは、ドライバーを再び路上に送り出す」
Hot action at service areas sends drivers on the road again

2007年9月1日配信

For Japan's hardworking traveling salesmen and long-distance truckers, the service areas astride major highways are true oases, offering clean rest rooms, hot meals and a space to pull off the road for a badly needed nap.

And for some, reports Shukan Taishu (9/10), even more than that.

Take Shigeru, a 31-year-old salesman of medical equipment. Once or twice a week, he drives his company's wagon van on the round trip between Sendai and Tokyo.

These days, he makes extra time to pull in at a certain service area along the Tohoku Expressway for some rest and recreation.

"The restaurant there has good buckwheat noodles," he says. "I made it a regular stop, and we were already on familiar terms.

Anyway, I'd sort of become friendly with one of the part-time waitresses..."

As Shigeru relates, the waitress, a married gal in her late 30s, happens to be very attractive indeed. One night around 10 p.m., as he departed the restaurant he saw her standing outside the door in her street clothes, smoking a cigarette.

"I nodded hello, and she asked, 'Which car is yours? Show me.' So I walked her over to my van. Since I'm selling medical equipment, it's sort of painted to resemble an ambulance, with curtains covering the windows along both sides.

"She got in the passenger seat, and started making idle conversation, like she was in no hurry to go anywhere."

Suddenly she turned to Shigeru, placed her hand on his thigh suggestively and, with a plaintive expression blurted out, "Neee, if you shut the curtains, nobody would be able to look in from outside, right?"

"I never thought it would come to that point," he admits. "But I was really overcome with desire, and..."

The two fumbled against each other, and then shoving cardboard boxes aside in the cargo area were soon going at it in the missionary position. To keep the car from bouncing up and down too much on its shock absorbers, Shigeru kept his hip thrusts going slow and easy.

After that, the two exchanged e-mail addresses and began coordinating their schedules so they could meet once a week.

Just after the April-May "Golden Week" holidays, a Saitama-based taxi driver named Minoru, age 37, tells Shukan Taishu he encountered a well-endowed lady at a service area on the Kanetsu Expressway.

"It was late at night," he recalls. "I'd driven a customer to Gumma and on the way back stopped for a bite, when this gal came up and propositioned me.

"She was in her early 30s, and from the purple V-neck shirt she was wearing, I could see she really big ones. I was, ah, hard-put to refuse the temptation."

The gal formed her palm into a cylindrical shape and moved it up and down in a familiar gesture.

"That'll cost you 4,000 yen. A blow job is 7,000. I'd like you to help me out. Please..." she bowed, placing both palms together in front of her face.

"Things have been pretty tight with the higher gasoline prices and all, but I gave in," grins Minoru. "I had her do me with her mouth while she sat in the front passenger seat."

Apparently the woman works at a massage parlor close to the service area; but when business is slow, she takes her service to the road, prowling the service areas for travelers eager to sample the local delights.

Takeshi, age 31, is a furniture delivery truck driver who makes regular runs on the Tomei Expressway linking Tokyo and Nagoya.

"I was on my last leg of the drive, and pulled into the service area to use the toilet," he tells Shukan Taishu. "As I came out, a woman approached me, saying, 'If you don't mind...' She was pretty ordinary looking, and wearing heavy makeup, but I got the feeling she was pretty young.

"I've run away from school in Fukuoka to be with my boyfriend in Tokyo," she explained. "I've been hitchhiking this far, but have run out of money, and..."

"I got the feeling from the way she approached me that she'd been at this routine for quite a while already," Takeshi shrugs. "Anyway, we did it in the pallet behind the driver's seat. After I paid her 20,000 yen, she served me a second helping.

"Naturally I gave her a lift all the way to her destination," he grins. (By Masuo Kamiyama, People's Pick contributor)
